·         COD at Delivery: Customers are required to pay the full amount in cash to the courier at the time of delivery. Having the exact amount is appreciated to ensure a smooth process.

·         Delivery Attempts: Our courier partners will make up to two delivery attempts. If delivery fails due to incorrect address, refusal, or unavailability, the order will be cancelled.
